Django Model MultipleChoice

I know there isn't MultipleChoiceField for a Model, you can only use it on Forms.Today I face an issue when analyzing a new project related with Multiple Choices.I would like to have a field like a CharField with choices with the option of multiple choice. I solved this issue other times by creating a CharField and managed the multiple choices in the form with a forms.MultipleChoiceField and store the choices separated by commas. In this project, due to configuration, I cannot do it as I mention above, I need to do it in the Models, and I prefer NOT to edit the Django admin ...

Why is my react component not re rendering when props comes into the component?

I am currently in a project, and I have had to do null checks on every single props that has come in to children components wether through redux or passing it in myself. I feel like that is not normal with react? Isn't a huge plus side of React is automatic re-rendering? If I try to put anything into state, I can't because There has to be a null check in the render before I do anything with the data. Thanks in advance!!PARENT COMPONENT =class App extends Component { componentDidMount(){ //where I load the data this.loadCardsFromServer(); this.props....

How to make Mysqlnd_ms run each query on a different instance

I have an AWS RDS with 1 read replica (total 2 instances). I'm planning to install mysqlnd_ms plugin so that I can have my request pointed to the database servers in round robin fashion.I have 2 basic questions which I couldn't find direct answers in documentationUsing mysqlnd_ms, is there a way to say, not all select queries should point to slave(read replica). Each request should be alternatively pointed to the existing instancesSuppose if we run 2 queries per request, then does each of the query points to 1 instance? This means it will be opening 2 database connections f...

Creating a new table from two existing tables with every combination possibility

I have two temporary tables #a and #b both filled with integer values. Let's say they both contain 10 rows with values 1-10.I want to create a third temporary table #c that contains every possible combination of a and b. So it would have 100 rows total with (1,1), (1,2) ... (10, 10). How would I go about doing this in SQL. The implementation I'm using is SQL Server 2012. I think you can just do SELECT * INTO #c FROM #a,#b [XXX]Cross join will get all combinationsSELECT a.Col, b.ColFROM TableA aCROSS JOIN TableB b [XXX]BEGINDECLARE @a TABLE(x INT)DECLARE @b TABLE(x ...

I am writing an ANTRL grammar for translating one language to another but the documentation on using the HIDDEN channel is very scarce. I cannot find an example anywhere. The only thing I have found is the FAQ on www.antlr.org which tells you how to access the hidden channel but not how best to use this functionality. The target language is Java.In my grammar file, I pass whitespace and comments through like so:// Send runs of space and tab characters to the hidden channel. WHITESPACE : (SPACE | TAB)+ { $channel = HIDDEN; } ;// Single-line comments begin wit...
